Country Today... Or Not. How 'Bout "Dark Blue" Instead?

And the country music continues...

Twas the only thing on the radio today. I think I might end up having an entire week dedicated to country music. Maybe a month. Mom does love the stuff. I'm gonna have to start making a list of those songs, so I'll start August as Country Music Month. Which leaves me with today. What shall I write out for you? Well I did hear an interesting song by Jack's Mannequin the other day... It isn't country, but it isn't August yet, so oh well. "Dark Blue" belongs to me about as much as Mona Lisa. *hint* Mona Lisa is in the Louvre, not my room. Oh, and this is one posted by a fan, so if it ever disappears, let me know and I'll try and find another.

Again, the Mona Lisa isn't mine, "Dark Blue" isn't mine. I play music, but I didn't play that. I didn't write it, I'm not in a band (though one of my friends was considering it once lol), it's just not mine.

Anyway, let me know what you think. I know the lyrics are kinda... different, but it's got a great melody. ...And now it's firmly stuck in my head.
